The flavor is fantastic and well balanced, the fat not greasy or overpowering. Yes, it clumps, but there are two tricks. Press out the lumps with a fork before you add your hot coffee. And invest in a mini whisk. I add a little bit of the hot coffee, like two ounces, then whisk thoroughly, then add the rest. Add some English Toffee flavored Stevia by Sweet Leaf and this is truly one of the best tasting cups of coffee I've ever had, and I love my coffee!I've lost 46 pounds on the keto diet and feel better than I have in years. Used to use flavored syrups and powders containing sugar, but I have to say this is my favorite coffee of all. Yes it's pricey, but worth it. Yes it clumps. It also gives a much needed mental boost in the morning. I've tried to find a replacement as Costco stopped carrying and the price went up considerably but I've had no luck. I realize after trying to find a replacement this product isn't so expensive, you can find cheaper but they don't mix well, taste as good or contain equal quality ingredients.
