The knee pockets have an elastic draw string to tighten to top if you wish...this is a bit of a pain if you do, remember to tuck the ends in the pocket or they catch on everything. Drawstring at waist similar to 95 pattern, three button down big belt loops. Inner pockets aren't mesh like the issue trousers, which is also a plus. Colour slightly different, but close enough.
