Yes of course this bottle can be opened. People who are in Lourdes are drinking the Holy water. They can drink it, have a bath in it and they can also spread some of the Holy water on their body parts. However, because we send the Holy water from Lourdes to the United states, the customs ask us to put the label "Not drinkable" on each container. For security reasons, because of the transportation and storage conditions, we advise people to not drink it. Most of our customers apply it locally on their body parts.
