**Q: Does it fit the madela lactina hospital grade breast pump?**
A: I Google searched that model, and as long as it was truthful then yes it should. It's just the breast shield part that connects to the part that screws onto bottle and the tube connects to. It's very comfortable compared to the normal hard plastic type. Make sure you order the correct size to fit you, it does make a difference

**Q: Could this be compatible with the Lansinoh Smart double pump?**
