If you are thinking of trying it, I highly recommend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Organic oak honey *by M***A on 30 September 2022* A magnificent honey with a wonderful aroma. Full of flavour, with a savoury complexity that I love. EDIT: The jar described above was quite possibly the best honey I've tasted but the next jar I bought of this was quite unremarkable and not worth the money. It may have partially crystallized as it is much thicker and lighter in colour, and tastes and smells completely different, although doesnt have obvious crystals in. I tried warming it in a water bath and above a radiator for a few days but it is still nothing like the gorgeous flavour, aroma and texture of the last one.
