They are very well made and light but not so you can see through them. They are very casual without being sloppy. I can't say enough good things about these shirts. The materials is soooo soft and light (but not see-through), and it's just amazingly comfy. The fitted waist is a very flattering cut, and probably looks good on most figures. This shirt is a bit more on the casual side as it doesn't have super flowy sleeves. It looks great with a pair of jeans, or capri pants and sandals. I am 5'4", 120 lbs, and I usually wear a size small or medium in shirts. I bought a size small this time, and it fit as expected, so I don't think there is a need to order a size up. Washing instructions are hand wash and lay flat to dry. Hand washing is a pain in the butt, so I will be machine washing this shirt on a delicate cycle, and then heeding the instructions and laying flat to dry. I don't think that will damage the shirt as the quality of the material seems nice enough, but I will update if I have any problems. I received this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. The material is so soft! The shirt is wonderful and stretchy. I ordered a size up because I like it a little bigger for comfort, and it arrived and is a little big on me so that means it is true to size. The bottom is awesome because you can adjust the length. The bottom is really long and you can scrunch it to the appropriate length! I like it to sit mid-hip range! The shirt is extremely comfortable and I would definitely stock up on more colors of these! The 3/4 sleeve is great for any kind of weather. I think this could easily be dressed up or down with the appropriate bottoms and accessories! The shirt washes well and does not shrink in the dryer. I really love this shirt and it will be in frequent rotation in my closet.
