Not a direct replacement, the shaft had the wrong thread cut into it for the stud.  The wiring was not a direct replacement either, no wiring diagram so I had to figure that out.  Also, once correct wiring was obtained, Solenoid did not have enough power to retract even with no load.  Tried to use the customer service and Amazon has the wrong vendor associated with the product.  Guy I spoke with says he gets several calls a month and he has noticed Amazon that it is not his product.
