I typically wear an 8 - 8 1/2 shoe size. The first time I used them it took a little work getting my toes to spread apart enough to put on the yoga toes. Wore for about twenty min before my daughter decided they were a new toy for her and took them off. Try two, my toes slipped right in. After two wears, each around twenty min, my toes are already stretching apart - even without the yoga toes being on.It’s almost like a stretching massage when you have them on. I tend to get toe cramps and haven’t had a single one since beginning to use these. Absolutely would recommend them. ### ⭐ Not worth *by D***Y on April 8, 2019* These are a must-have. They help relieve stress from your feet after a long day or a long run. They help shape back your feet to their natural form. A lot of modern shoes are too narrow (width) and cause side effects that we might be unaware of. I have plantar fasciitis and one of my biggest problems is finding shoes to fit my feet comfortably. What my physical therapist helped me realize is that I was not wearing a wide enough shoe. I already wear a size 8 and feeling self-conscious about my feet it never occurred to me that I should get a wider shoe as well. My toes were cramped together! The toe separate slippers have allowed better circulation in my feet and when I use them I feel a cooling sensation by my toes. My therapist said it's the blood flowing freely. I use them every day for about 30 minutes or longer if I'm sitting down watching a Tv. The pain had been so bad it kept me up at night and my toes were so stiff I could not move them.Now after a week of use I have worked up to wearing the TENMAND toe separators for 35 minutes at a time and my toes move easily and I am able to rest. I do feel some improvement in my plantar fasciitis pain as well.I would recommend the model to those with wide feet because I am able easily to put them on.
