DJI do not do have/make a Mini or Micro USB as far as I know but there might be a third party manufacturer who might do it if it is feasable, which.means phones using these connecters won't work with the Pocket via the Mimo App. It's possible they might work via WIFI only. You can also find cables with male to female connecters when using 3rd party selfie sticks; for Lightening and USB-C. The Dji-Osmo-Pocket selfie stick uses WIFI connection so it does not need the cable connection. hope the above helps. **Q: Can the tripod part be removed?** A: yes，it could. **Q: Would this work with in iphone plus, i just bought an osmo pocket but have larger iphone the 6splus so need to know grip will stretch wide enough** A: I have a Pocophone F1 in a protective cover which fits (you can compare sizes) I found it little awkward to fit the Osmo and phone with the concocter but much easier with the optional WiFi base. **Q: Is it waterproof ?** A: The Oslo Pocket itself is not waterproof and I would avoid using it in situations where much water might get on it. Depending on your phone that might suffer as well. The stand is basically mostly aluminium and should do OK. I have only just received it today so my comment is just from very basic try out. Overall it seems to do a reasonable job. There is a little play where the cross arm (that holds the Oslo Pocket) screws into the phone holder part. This shouldn't be a problem if you are using with an iPhone or USB-C connector directly but in my case I have a second connector from USB-C to micro USB to my 2-3 year old Samsung and that little bit of play occasionally leads to disconnection. I suspect I can solve it with a little extra padding. Overall I think this works well and packs away reasonably easily. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely bit of kit *by K***U on 23 January 2019* I have only had this just this evening and already immensely pleased with it as it is beautifully made, fits the OSMO Pocket and my iPhone Xs perfectly. It fits together quickly and the tripod alone is very strong and can be fitted to most cameras tripod bush on it's own for for extra stability especially during long exposures saving lagging a largish tripod with you, (although with long lenses best with the ones that have tripod arms).Very easy to operate the controls on the mobile screen with both hands. A very nice and useful piece of kit. Highly recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Loose screws *by K***M on 28 January 2019* Made from good strong materials however the mounting screws for the tripod and the DJI Osmo Pocket keep loosening and dont hold it well. I think another reviewer mentioned the same defect. If this was rectified somehow would be a very good piece of equipment. Had no choice but to return it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what it says on the tin, a few design tweaks would elevate the product to a 5* *by M***B on 28 January 2019* I bought the DJI Osmo pocket for a trip to Asia. Upon setting it up and attaching it to my iPhone I immediately noticed its biggest flaw, the weakness of the connection between Osmo and my iPhone. Concerned that at some point I will either break the connector or the Osmo pocket would fall, I ordered the Skyreat handheld phone holder in hopes to mitigate any issues. The mount does what it says on the tin (no tin included).Pros:Nice anodized metals and a decent amount of weight give me faith in the product being durable, has a nice feel to it too. Tripod stand is sturdy and holds position well. Phone holder has good tension to keep device in place.Cons:The mechanism used to attach the bracket / arm to the body of the stand is a little crude and wiggles loose easily. It's ok when the devices are in place as the whole system is connected but I would have liked to have seen a more elegant solution. The method of attaching the Osmo Pocket is simple and works but perhaps a little too simple. The material used for the C shaped holder is just a strip of rubber glued into the corresponding metal shape. You put the Osmo in there for a snug fit but there's nothing else keeping it in other than the friction created. If anything is going to go on this product, it'll be the glue keeping the rubber and metal together. Lastly there hasn't been much thought to the product's storage when not in use. It's certainly not the end of the world but would have been nice to be able to keep it all streamlined.Verdict:If you have the Osmo Pocket and you want a simple mount for it to have peace of mind and to also stabilize your shots for time-lapse or whatever then for the money, you can't go wrong.
