I get some of the water out of my hair then put a tiny amount probably the size of a 10p coin into my hair. I massage it into the main body of the hair and also put some on the ends. I also use it as a barrier when I go swimming and put a little into my hair before swimming to protect it from the chlorine. It's a wonderful product **Q: How often should I do this treatment at home?** A: Towel Dry your Hair , and while Damp , apply with Hands on Hair and Roots , Blow dry for 2-3 minutes .
