Evening primrose oil is cold-pressed extracted from the seeds of the Oenothera biennis plant. Contains essential omega 6 fatty acids (EFAs) which are critical to the health of the cell membrane. This variety of Evening Primrose Oil has ~10% gamma linolenic acid (GLA), which is an essential fatty acid that supports a list of well documented metabolic enhancing functions.  Hand bottled in small batches for freshness. Topically, evening primrose is used for atopic dermatitis.
