Hammers designed for use in demolition are not designed for fitness purposes, so it is possible that the head of the hammer comes loose or that a client hits either themselves or another with the implement. If this happens, the first legal question will be whether or not the hammer was being used for its intended purpose. This is why it is mandatory to use implements designed for their use. This hammer by Apollo fits the bill perfectly. I plan on purchasing heavier models as well. You shouldn't be disappointed with this purchase.

This is a great sledgehammer for fitness use. Single-body solid construction and well weighted. If you're a trainer, you know the importance of protecting yourself legally with clients. Hammers designed for use in demolition are not designed for fitness purposes, so it is possible that the head of the hammer comes loose or that a client hits either themselves or another with the implement. If this happens, the first legal question will be whether or not the hammer was being used for its intended purpose. This is why it is mandatory to use implements designed for their use. This hammer by Apollo fits the bill perfectly. I plan on purchasing heavier models as well. You shouldn't be disappointed with this purchase.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better for safety than a two piece sledge hammer!

We use sledge hammers with our personal training and group fitness classes. Two piece hammers eventually break or get loose and become a safety risk. The Apollo Athletics Steel Sledgehammer is one piece. The head and handle are welded together. Very nice.
