All items within boxes, no screws or bolts missing. All the screws and bolts come loose within the box which is the only downside because I almost binned a few which had got into plastic bags etc. takes some time to build, but worth it because it's so strong. The bench it's self is easily changed for bicep curls or leg attachments. Also a dips feature at the back of the bench. Still waiting on weights but the bench came within 2 days of purchase. I would highly recommend this bench for anyone looking for a cheaper but quality option because some are totally overpriced.
