I got it because my husband doesn't see very well and he has no problems reading this clock. Also I love the fact that it has 5 alarm settings. I only use 2 of them now. When the alarm goes off it tells my husband to take his medication. I just have to figure out how to dim it a little at night. I keep it in the living room so the light doesn't interfere with our sleep.
