HERCULINER isnt just for truck beds! With over 100 uses it can be applied to wood, metal concrete, aluminum, asphalt, rubber, fiberglass, and most plastics, including PVC. It prevents rust and won't chip, flake or peel and provides a durable skid-resistant protective coating when cured.

Review: Works as expected, looks great too. - This was a lot more work than i first thought it would be, but it was all worth it in the end. The liner makes the bed look sharp and covered the paint damage left by the old plastic liner. After running out of material on my second coat there were still some spots where I could see the red paint below the liner coating. I was doing a 5' bed on a small truck (Chevy Colorado 2005). manufacturer says 1 gallon does a 6 ft normal bed. I would suggest getting more material than recommended if you want to make sure the pain color is completely hidden by the liner coating. Still, I'm absolutely happy with the end result. It's just the OCD within me that wants every speck of red covered. So far, it's holding up good. a bit did rub off the tailgate because I had a ladder wedged in there pretty tight, but overall, it seems quite durable. Another benefit is that toolboxes and such tend to stay where you put them in the bed. the liner helps things stay in place. Nice when driving but can be frustrating when trying to pull things out. Beware when masking off areas for the painting. the rollers love to throw the material. I started with minimal masking thinking this would be enough. the paint flips everywhere as you roll, so I had to add a lot more paper and tape to make sure the liner only ended up where I wanted it. Other than that, I followed the instructions provided and the project turned out great.
Review: Great dump trailer bed liner - Super excellent bed liner. I used this on my dump trailer. I have had the trailer for 11 years and the dump bed needed some TLC. The bed was getting rusty and the metal was just starting to pit a bit. I washed the bed with some Dawn dish detergent and then pressure washed it . I let the bed dry and the Hurculiner went on super easy with a roller. I used a brush on the edges. Trailer bed came out brand new. I let it cure for a few days and then applied a second coat. Super satisfied !! Would definitely recommend this product.

A: NO

**Q: What is the area coverage per gallon?**
A: It will cover a 14' by 7' area that's totally covered good and thick

**Q: What product cleans up tool**
A: applicator roller is 1 use then throw out will not stay together during cleaning with thinner

**Q: How does this hold up to chemicals, specifically chlorine? Can a regular nappy paint roller be used?**
A: This and many other products do not hold up to the use of chlorine. I just applied some of this product to my truck bed. It works great. Be careful when doing the tailgate. I wasn't and now steaks of this product can be seen. I will take if off with my products on hand.
Any roller or brush will work. I used both of them.

This was a lot more work than i first thought it would be, but it was all worth it in the end. The liner makes the bed look sharp and covered the paint damage left by the old plastic liner. Super excellent bed liner. I used this on my dump trailer. I have had the trailer for 11 years and the dump bed needed some TLC. The bed was getting rusty and the metal was just starting to pit a bit. I washed the bed with some Dawn dish detergent and then pressure washed it . This item did not spray easily, but it rolled on quite nicely. I wouldn't complain. After a couple months on my truck the surface appears to be holding up nicely. I am very pleased overall. I would use it again.
