## Description

K3 is more than a name, it is a statement that identifies it as the result of 2 years of design, engineering and refinement. With proprietary acoustic design and innovative aluminum-alloy construction, the K3 delivers a timeless combination of beauty and performance. The Compact Design of AUDBOS earphones naturally match your ear canals. Two pairs silicone, three pair memory foam eartips ensure a proper fit for all. They are more comfortable and freeing you to enjoy your music. Specifications Configuration: 2 Balanced Armature + 1 Dynamic Impedance: 32 ohms +- 15% Frequency Response: 20Hz to 20KHz Sensitivity: 99 +- 2 db Connectors: MMCX Sound Lows (8/10): The bass is quite nice as one can listen to every single variations. Visceral and textured bass and most important is that there is no bass slam. I would say it don’t have the punch like Ibasso IT03 but it is layered nicely. With the Questyle QP1R, bass is crisp and tight. Mids (8.5/10): The mid range is my favourite part. Mids are forward. Vocals are presented very cleanly with a good amount of air to give some space. I really like how they tune it as such to showcase the mids as these days iems are tuned either for bass or treble. Highs: (8/10): The highs are well extended without being sibilant unless you use analytical sources like Cayin N6 and AK 240. In all honesty, that is the only flaw across the whole spectrum. One of the best treble presentation for a triple hybrid driver.

Review: Took a chance for use on stage, and was not disappointed. - I was looking for a set of IEMs for use on stage. As a musician and sound tech, I've learned to be weary of too-good-to-be-true pricing & advertising, or off-brand gear most of the time. Based on the small number of reviews here, and my tendency to take risks, I bought a couple of these for me & my wife. I was not disappointed. I've been listening to these for a few hours, trying to find some shortfalls, and to my ears, they are excellent. They sound completely smooth, top to bottom. And the bass response goes deep. Running through a tone generator, I'm getting consistent response down to 40Hz, below which it tapers off to nothing by around 25 Hz. The highs start to taper off at about 15kHz, tapering off completely by about 17 kHz. (The average adult can't hear these frequencies very well, if at all, though I'm still able.) I haven't found that this realistically impacts the breathiness of vocals or cymbals. There is very slight accentuation around 4.5 kHz and 6 kHz, which add to the clarity, but is not boosted enough to sound harsh even when turned up loud - unless you're listening to a track where the mastering engineer obviously got carried away with the highs (like I am right now), in which case it will be more sibilant. On better-mixed tracks, sibilance is not an issue. These are going to be replacing the earphones I've been using for the last 12 years for causal listening as well. I can hear parts in songs that I haven't noticed before - particularly with bass solos, wherein the notes are very well articulated & clear. The only thing I can really complain about is that the cord is a little on the short side - I plug directly into an Aviom A360 on stage, so this required an extension. If I were plugging into a wireless pack, though, the length would be perfect.
Review: Not bad - So I needed some new buds for work after the cleaning company vacuumed my other ones up, decided to buy these out of a bit of morbid curiosity. Bias of other reviews on here are... questionable at best, probably not real. I was stoned when I bought them so I missed that initially. That's life. Honestly probably would not have purchased if I saw that before, but here we are. Price was great for the specs compared to mainstream options obviously. I have experience with higher end audio -- at home I have a studio and have had numerous over the ear monitor headphones in the past. I use some Shure SRH840 as beaters around the house -- I would honestly compare the sound from these buds to those over the ears. They honestly sound really nice. The internal crossover does a pretty solid job. Build quality is great. Cords could be better, you kind of notice some hints of generic Chinese manufacturing here and there, but nothing that takes away from durability. They are comfy in the ear as well. Moral of the story is that I won't be returning these, they are worth it at the price point.

### ⭐ BAD SOUND QUALITY.
*by J***L on December 19, 2019*

Terribly disappointing sound quality - very thin and hallow. Comes in a beautiful case with many accessories but it doesn't make up for the horrible sound. You can get MUCH better sounding earphones for a fraction of the cost.
