Seems to be a good product that I will enjoy using. However, in the description it was stated that the welding hood came with quick-lok mounting cups. However the mounting cups were not included in the package with the hood. I tried to get some customer support for the missing parts, but I was redirected to the manufacturer website where I had to navigate to a form that appeared to be more focused on new buyers rather than Amazon help requests. I decided not to fill out a ticket there, because I should not have to be redirected off Amazon in order to get help with my Amazon orders. I do like the hood, so I'll be keeping it instead of returning it. But I didn't find it worth my time to open up a ticket that I wasn't sure was even going to the right place.Honeywell makes great products, but they were slacking on fulfillment and customer service this time around.
