I use tretinoin, so I’m quite particular about moisturisers because I need something that helps keep my skin barrier happy without feeling heavy, greasy, or irritating. This cream does exactly that. It feels rich enough to be comforting, but it sinks in beautifully and doesn’t leave my face feeling oily or coated. When my skin is very irritated/dry/flaky though I do feel the need to seal this moisturiser in with squalane oil so that's something to note. I really like that it has ceramides and feels very calming on the skin. I use it after tretinoin and it helps my skin stay comfortable, especially when I’m trying to avoid dryness or irritation. It doesn’t sting, doesn’t make my skin feel congested, and most importantly, it doesn’t break me out. A little goes a long way as well, so the tube lasts well even with regular use. It’s not a flashy moisturiser, but it’s reliable, gentle, and does exactly what I need it to do. Pretty much my favourite moisturiser of all time.
