I used to wear the Wells Lamont brand which I was happy with but I was having trouble finding them because they were on backorder. I needed some new gloves ASAP so I searched Amazon to see what was available just to get me by until what I wanted became available. I found these at about half the price of the Wells Lamont so I figured even if they weren't as good, at least they would get me by for a while. Well, to my delight, they turned out to be even better than the Wells Lamont brand! They are more durable/longer lasting, better fitting, better grip and overall better construction and design than the Wells Lamont version at a much lower price!!! I disagree with the reviews stating that these run large because I have large hands and the XL size fit me perfectly. I am an electrician and this type of glove provides much better grip on my tools than any other style and material. My hands are decently sized so I order mediums (I normally order large gloves but noted other user's warnings on size). Well, I should have gone for the small. Now I have a dozen, slightly oversized gloves. Oh, well.
