The zipper is a little difficult to zip up the first time (it may be a little tight for me) but it stays in place once up. I just had a breast reduction and I needed cupless wireless bras for post-surgery. The cups are easy to remove and replace. I originally bought a three pack of nude color, but I will probably buy more just because they are sooooo comfy! It also comes up far enough in the arm pit area to cover my incisions without rubbing against them.
