**Q: Are these beans oily, dry, or somewhere in between.**
A: Definitely not oily. Kimberly states it is a medium roast, which is true, but I contend that stating "not good at all for espresso" is a personal preference, not a fact. Love this stuff! It's a truly versatile blend, especially if you like something a little less bold. I've brewed it with a moka pot, drip machine, and dialed in a good grind for a real unpressurized espresso machine (ECM Casa V, ground at 12D on a Sette 270, YMMV), and it's just good any way you make it. I may try a French press next.

**Q: Out of all the lavazza coffees, which is the strongest?  i like strong coffee that wake me up but not bitter.  i've never purchased lavazza before.**
A: Lavazza Grand Espresso is nicely balanced and you can make it as strong as you would like, depending on the grind and amount of coffee relative to water. It is not bitter.

**Q: Is this suitable for regular coffee or the super crema?**
A: This makes great coffee, period! I have dialed it in for espresso in an ECM Casa V machine, and ground it for moka pot/drip, and it works magnificently in either. Note that I like "white coffee" but my brother-in-law whom I ground it for his moka pot and drip commented favorably about it straight black.

**Q: Are the beans Oily?**
A: No, the beans are not oily.  We have been using this brand and type for years now.  Makes a wonderful espresso.  Full bodied with a lovely foam head.  You won't be disappointed.😉

I went back and forth between this and Lavazza Super Crema and have decided I like this because it has a little more bite. Brews up with a nice cream and has a nice aroma. This is what I've been using in my Jura for quite a while now.
