Extremely disappointed.Edit: the seller contacted me ASAP and hooked it up with a free charger out of courtesy. They communicated very quickly!Also I learned that the Pixel 3 XL can only fast charge on the Google stand.With that being said, this charger has been solid and I use it to charge my phone overnight and has been performing flawlessly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast charges through my OtterBox defender *by T***K on Reviewed in the United States on January 6, 2019* I bought this because the Samsung wireless charger that came with my phone would only charge if you placed the phone in exactly the correct position, and even then it would only charge at normal speed (it wasn't strong enough to fast charge through my case). With this new charger, I don't have to worry about positioning it correctly, and it even does fast charging through my OtterBox defender case. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unit failed after 4 months UPDATED *by B***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 7, 2019* UPDATE: Replacement was sent quickly with no questions asked. New unit seems to be an updated model with improved build quality and ventilation. charges much faster now. I am updating my rating to 4 stars based on the new unit. Hopefully it lasts longer than the first.Charges VERY slowly. I put my Pixel 3 at 30% on this charger overnight. When I woke up it had only charged to 50%. I took it to work and have been using it to maintain 100% on my desk. Works decently well for that but it completely died after about 4 months, conveniently just beyond the support window.
