It's SUPER soft, too! I was looking for something flannel but also fitted and feminine, and this totally fit the bill. I'm usually a size 4-5 with 36D and the chest BARELY closed on the small, so I could have gone up to the medium. It worked for my purposes (under a sweater) but I'd recommend sizing up as it is fitted, but the shirt itself is so soft that it does have a decent amount of stretch.
