**Q: How do I get a replacement, the bottle I received already has a broken cap?**
A: Return it to Amazon for replacement or refund then order again.  Mine arrived in perfect condition. Best heavy-duty spray bottle ever. So it's worth the effort. Nothing compares to these.

**Q: Anyone know if the company actually stands behind its "Five-year guarantee" (printed right on the bottle)?**
A: Yes, they do. They replaced my Spraymaster.  I have found that it's a lot of trouble to get a few replacements.  It only makes sense economicaly if you replace tens or hundreds per year in large batches to defray shipping costs.  A better strategy is to buy cheaper plastic spray bottles and throw them away when they break.  For caustic chemicals I recommend (search on) COSTCO Clorox Multi-Purpose Cleaner Smart Tube Spray Bottle, 32 oz, 3 ct.

**Q: Is this a multiple pack. Pricing appears to be 5 units**
A: Yes I got 5.

**Q: is this only for spraying fences?**
A: It’s a chemical resistant spray container: I use it for bleach & other cleaning products.

These bottles don’t break easy and can take more of a beating then a lot of spray bottles out there. I use them for my commercial business and around the house. They last a very long time

I use these for screen printing related chemicals at my shop and they have proven to be the toughest and last the longest of all chemical resistant types I have heard. We are hard on these and some will last through several years of constant use. Definitely worth the price and I always keep a few extra around.
