I used it before and should never had stopped. My hair is so much stronger. The texture is different also, in a good way though. Its like squeaky clean, but not dry at all. I do use a tiny bit of conditioner on the ends of my hair. If your hair is thinning you should really try this shampoo. My hair was coming out in globs. When I showered I would have a huge amount of hair in the drain. I really thought I was going bald. I started using this shampoo and within a few weeks , maybe 3 or 4 weeks my hair is so much stronger. There is no hair in the drain anymore. Im really happy I found this shampoo. Its a bit pricey but we'll worth it.
