NOW® Sports Egg White Protein rates as one of the highest quality proteins available when using the PDCAAS. A good mix of proteins from different sources provides the best results, and high quality NOW® Sports Egg White Protein is an excellent addition to any protein supplementation program. This egg white powder is pasteurized which inactivates the avidin glycoprotein. Therefore, biotin fortification is not necessary for this product. Natural color variation may occur in this product.

The taste isn’t as good as MRM but I mix it in smoothies with a bunch of other stuff anyway. To be clear, it tastes good, just not *as* good as the other brand. It’s a good price, tastes decent, and blends into smoothies or even iced coffee (made in the blender) really well.

**Q: does this taste like egg**
A: Taste is a mild vanilla. There is zero egg taste. I'm extremely picky with protein drinks. Many claim to taste good just to leave you with a weird after taste or grittiness in your mouth. This does taste good. ~ Jo

A: I haven't tried the Jay Rudd brand but I liked the NOW in rich chocolate.  I'd give it a 8 out of 10. The vanilla flavor was pretty good as well.  I drink equivalent to 7 egg whites of the shake at night before bed. The chocolate flavor would also help on the evenings I was craving something sweet.

**Q: What are the nutrition facts and ingredients?**
A: I use this protein powder because I have not found any other that fits my standards of nutrition and ingredients.  Iam am dairy sensitive and the egg white component meets that standard, I am soy and gluten intolerant, again this product fits my need. I needed something low in sugar, because I use steroids for asthma and have become insulin resistant.  This product fits that need as it is the lowest sugar content I have found, and I've tried at least 10+ protein products.  It mixes nicely with Rice or almond milk, and the taste is smooth and when blended with ice, makes a delicious smoothie.  I am so happy to have found this at such a reasonable price.  5 thumbs up.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well in smoothies

We prefer the vanilla flavor, but the chocolate flavor works okay with almond milk, peanut butter, and frozen bananas for a richer, more decadent smoothie. I use a stick blender to get the best results. I find it foams easily in water or plant-based milk, doesn't dissolve completely, and leaves slimy clumps when I just shake it or mix it with a spoon.
