I've been taking it for about a month now, and although I didn't feel any immediate relief, after about 3 weeks I did notice reduced inflammation and pain. The 4th week was a continuation of that improvement, which is fantastic. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a natural remedy to their arthritic issues.
