I really am a fan of these bamboo made ones and although I know it isn’t perfect, I am still glad I got it.They are better made in comparison to others and make slicing and dicing much easier. My favorite part about it are the e little side areas. You can use these to separate your fruits and veggies as you cut them, making preparing dinner a tad bit easier.It is a great size; huge in comparison to my last one. You have plenty of room to work up a master piece in which is a nice change. It has to be washed by hand but is quite easy to wash so it isn’t a big deal.My only true complaint is how easily it gets scratched and banged up. After the first use I was disappointed with it. I couldn’t believe how quickly the wood went to crap.
