This product has 200 mg of magnesium per capsule, and I did not have any problems swallowing this size capsule as. After using it, my blood pressure went down, I slept much better, I woke up more refreshed, and had fewer muscle aches. I have not had any side effects from it. I switched off to a tablet form of Magnesium Glycinate when this product was out of stock, but found it very hard to swallow and developed horrible insomnia, heart palpitations, muscles aches, etc. I am so glad this product is back, and stunned to see how much better I slept after only one day back on it.
