Fits perfectly on neck but great for specific areas in my back. I even used it for my hand I have some ligament and muscle damage from a power saw accident. Vibration only which is ok because it's very effective, three modes the high mode is insane and not really needed most of the time. I also used in car for my back and neck and it was great.
