It’s a difficult one because it has stayed on, it hasn’t smudged and it is waterproof but it’s made my eyes water all day, even writing this nearly 12 hours after applying. So it does what it says on the tin but I suffer with dry eyes and think it’s aggravated that. Shame because it glides on easily and has a strong black colour, exactly what I was looking for. I’m going to persevere and see if my eyes adapt, fingers crossed.
