**Q: Is this food safe?**
A: Titebond III is considered safe for use with surfaces that contact your food. It is safe for use on cutting and chacuterie boards. Other compounds can be safe after a period of time.

**Q: Will this be strong between mdf and a laminated piece (might be mdf or particle board but seems dense) or should i try to sand away the laminate ?**
A: Titebond III is a great wood glue but unfortunately it will not work well on laminated mdf. It would be best to sand away or otherwise remove the Melamine (or other laminate) at the glue joint. To have a strong joint, some penetration of the glue into the surface is necessary.

**Q: Will this glue work on treated lumber?**
A: This glue will work on treated lumber IF you are using thoroughly dried treated lumber. If it’s still damp, will not bond properly.

**Q: Which glue can I use on paint surfaces?**
A: Good question..  I only use Type III.  Mostly on raw wood (unfinished) I have used it on pieces of furniture that have been finished.  Discovered no problems.  Clean up with shop rag, slightly damp.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Glue, Sticks!

I don't have the need to use wood glue often; however, my wife's dresser was coming apart because she overpacks the heck out of her drawers. It is not a high quality all wood building material dresser, so the ends of the drawer are a fiberboard, which the bottom of the drawer fits into a slot along the bottom, and it was SO bowed out, that the bottom would not stay in place. I have tried a few other glues and they dry, then the issue happens again right away, before even sliding the drawer back into the dresser. This stuff had good ratings and a great price, so I gave it a whirl. Lo and behold this stuff worked so great! It dried quickly, was clear on the inside of the drawer and easily applied directly from the bottle. There was no dripping, no mess just a quick and easy drag down the cutout. Once dried you wouldn't even know it was there, it was not tacky and best of all the drawer was back to new, maybe better! It's been a few weeks now, and it's still holding fast. At this point I can't recommend this glue enough! Now If I could just get the wife to stop overstuffing her drawers... if anyone has an amazon link to that item, let me know!
