The dry powder smells like Parmesan cheese dry but has zero odor when reconstituted. My only thing is the reconstitution guide has strange measurements. Recipes don’t usually call for things measured by 1/2 tablespoon. Because 1/2 tablespoon measures are not usually on your standard measuring utensils. I use the lowest weight which is 1-10 pounds. It calls for 1/2 tablespoon of powder and 1/8 cup of water. BTW, 1/2 tablespoon is 3/4 teaspoon. The amounts for the powder should be listed in teaspoons for the lesser amounts. Traditionally the abbreviation for tablespoon is Tbs. and teaspoon is tsp. I know I could just eyeball 1/2 tablespoon in my tablespoon measure, but I don’t want to.
