I don't normally buy furniture online, but I specifically wanted this style of couch that has clean lines, mirroring the leather IKEA karlstad that has endured 5 years of daily abuse in our family room, except I wanted it in fabric. In the looks department, this looks great. I was very happy when I received it. However, having sat on it a few dozen times now, here are my observations:1. It's still firm. But I like firm, so that's ok for me.2. The middle support leg on the sofa is about an inch off the ground and never makes contact; I'm not sure what the point of it is.3. The feet slide too well on our wood floors, but I rigged up some wood pieces to hug the legs in the back so that the couches don't keep hitting the wall every time someone sits down a little too fast.4. The back rest stays put, but the seat cushion keeps wanting to slide forward, albeit slowly. The Velcro isn't strong enough to hold it in place.5. The sofa seems structurally sound in general, but, and this is a big enough 'but' to earn it a 2-star rating, the arm rest tops are structurally terrible. I'm not talking about sitting on them, which I don't recommend at all. Anytime someone so much as shifts in their seat and leans their forearm against the armrest, you hear an embarrassing wood crunch. Today, on one such occasion, the board under the arm rest just gave way with a loud crunch, and you can feel that the board has caved in under that area. I then tested all the armrests by pushing down the middle of them with my fingers to see if it was a fluke. I discovered that it takes very little pressure for them to start making crunching sounds - ALL of them. My guess is that there's just a poor quality piece of unfaced particle board there. While this was a relatively inexpensive set of furniture, I did expect it to last at least a few years given the occasional use. Unfortunately, with the Achilles heel that is the armrests, I expect to have to replace it much sooner.Overall, I'm not too happy with the return on investment from this set. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful and elegant *by N***O on Reviewed in the United States on March 27, 2016* Delivery was quick and the sofas were very well packed. Make sure to have someone to help you bring them inside. The sofas are beautiful and elegant, a little bit hard to sit on but I don't mind. Great looking furniture and surprisingly comfortable. Had a small seam coming apart on two of the couch's seat cushions. Contacted the seller within 30-days and they quickly shipped me two new cushions. New cushions match perfectly and have no seam issues.
