It also contains Scallop Shell fish that's why it's soo great Add an half boiled egg & it would be even greater, I have travelled many parts of East Asia including Japan, China & Singapore & I can say it's quite of an East Asian dish with a slight twist of Thai/Myanmar blend.

I like the unique flavour of the noodles means taste maker....and coconut powder adds zing to the dish......yes it's bit pricy and stinky.....but if you are fish eater, you must definitely try this....A suggestion, don't cook the noodles just for two minutes, simmer them for 8 to 10 minutes with lid on....then add the seasoning powder and coconut powder.....it tastes fantastic
