My nephew is gluten wheat an dairy free, I bought soytoo soy whip to make him cheesecake. I whipped it up electrix mixer for about 3 minutes first before adding it into the mixture, then remixing it all together. Works very well as a dairy free cream replacement. Tastes good too. Holds shape well. Place in fridge for a few hours before whipping.
