If you don't have an existing AT&T phone, you can get a free SIM card from your local AT&T store. **Q: Can you used internet and listen to music** A: I only use my phone as a phone. But according to the user manual and I have that location in the menu and you can load music on and listen to it. The output is from a mini USB plus. There is also a media net function and I have gone to that location in the menu and you can load HTTP addresses. But remember this is a 3G phone so, its not going to be real fast. I hope that helps. **Q: Does it come with a charger?** A: Yes it does. It comes with everything you need. It is a good phone. I've had it for over a year and it's still going strong. **Q: Is it a smartphone with data?** A: It is not a smart phone, however it can do such things that require data, internet, ect. My only problem with this phone is the big circle button on the front of the phone, when the middle button is pushed it starts connecting to the data network..
