I've included the picture, so you can see the actual size of each softgel. As you can see, they are fairly larger compared to some of the other brands I have tried. Also, while the product claims to have "no fishy smell" there is no doubt that it is there when you open up that cap. However, this is Krill Oil so what can you really expect? Is it so strong that you cannot take the pill, no.In the pro's category, this is a solid 60- day supply...way better than most standard 30 days. The pills are large so one a day is plenty to do the job. The formula does allow for a strong absorption rate, also a boon. Also, while I haven't seen the Astaxanthin help with my wrinkles yet, I will keep taking it to just in case. Finally, they are spot on that there is no fishy aftertaste or "fish burp." I've actually had that happen and its nasty stuff...especially if you don't like fish (like me).All told, this is a solid product to get the Omega-3's in and help balance out your body a bit. We all know how the supplement industry operates. Therefore, in an effort to protect myself as a consumer, I tried to research their label certification claims, and I was surprised how hard it was seeing that I wasted a lot of time doing a lot of research to no avail. It turns out it does not have Friend of the Sea certification, the krillzyme website is very shady with absolutely zero information, and the number of the distributor on the back of the label is not a working number. Unfortunately, I discovered all that after I bought and took the supplement and discovered what I stated above after I experienced irregular heartbeat on a daily basis. This is why I kindly advise you to stay clear from this supplement and buy one from a reputable brand that their claims can be easily verified! And I have already returned it for a refund!
