(Speaking as a former lab worker) BUT dishwashers typically get up to 200°C on their drying cycle. Autoclaves kill bacteria and operate at similar or lower temperatures. Viruses aren't living but any protein and DNA is likely to denatured at that temperature unless thermophillic. Especially using quality detergents. **Q: Is it possible to get lids?** A: Don't think so. Wouldn't stack then **Q: What grade steel is it?** A: Not sure but no rust never at all, fits comfortably in hand, keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold they are well worth the money they are so good we use them in the house as well as camping ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just about perfect *by C***T on 5 April 2026* Fantastic cups. They are comfortable to hold and do let a bit of warmth through, which is nice after a wild swim to have something to warm you hands on! But equally the drink stays warm as well. Easy to drink out of and to wash. All round a great design, happy with the purchase :-) ## Frequently Bought Together - Hivexagon 300ml Set of 8 Stainless Steel Double Wall Cups - Perfect for Cold Drinks - Stacking Travel Mugs Dishwasher Safe HG298 - CherryKelly Stainless Steel Cup, Reusable Metal Beer Tumbler, Stackable Drinking Glass, BPA Free Mug, for Camping,Hiking, Outdoor, Indoor Activities,Kids - 500ml/17oz(5 Pack) - yarlung 10 Pack Stainless Steel Bowls, 17 Oz/510ml Snacks Bowls Lightweight Salad Bowls, Double-Walled Metal Soup Bowls Serving Dishes for Sauces, Rice, Noodles, Ice Cream --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/96303339-300ml-set-of-8-stainless-steel-double-wall-cups-perfect](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/96303339-300ml-set-of-8-stainless-steel-double-wall-cups-perfect) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
