D6300 Bluetooth Digital Door Lock, Satin Nickel,Open by Card,Code,Key& APP, Compatible with Alexa via Gateway (HFAD6300B-R)

I am ordering ore of these, we have installed one and it has worked awesome. The phone app and ekeys work great and easy for all our employees. We have the gateway as well so I can unlock anywhere I have service. Once I get everything up and working with 4 for door handles I will see what the difference will be and write another review. The install is a little harder than a normal door handle, but it is worth the effort.

After 3 years and a multitude of hours attempting to resetting these door locks is close to impossible. Occasionally you get a response from the lock. New batteries etc have no effect. To make matters worse the factory/original seller will not respond to requests for help.

I liked the looks of the keyless pad. What I didn’t like was that you had to put in six digits as a user code. I prefer to just have four digits to remember. That is what I have used for years on my door. I decided to return it and get another one with just four digits! It’s easier to remember with just four numbers!

Excellent product, easy to install and program. Easy to use and generate keys from the app.

This worked very well for a while, and now it stopped working. It won't lock anymore after each use. I contacted seller, and they asked for a video proof. I sent it but I haven't heard from them since several weeks have passed. Cannot recommend due to poor customer service.

Once installed this lock has worked well and looks great. This lock requires 3 holes in door and does not fit standard pre-drilled doors with two holes. I installed by putting in a deadbolt with an external key in bottom hole of pre-drilled holes and the Haifuan lock in top hole. This requires drilling two additional holes above the pre-drilled holes. The written instructions are poorly translated and incomplete, but an average person should be able to figure out after a few tries. The Bluetooth App makes programming new codes easy and quick after a few repetitions.

I've had my lock for a few years, but in the last 12 months the keys have started to stick and stop working. My kids are too young to carry fobs, so entering a code is their only option. It also makes it so that I cannot program time limited codes for house sitters, etc. I'm disappointed it didn't last long, and I cannot find any info about product support or warranty.

Works well and can be opened with gloved hands unlike ones with touch screens ... Have been using one for a while already and recently purchased a second. Paired with the module for remote connectivity and works well. 2026 update: We've looked at may different door handles, and these just have the features we like and use. That said, the mechanics fail after 1-2 years. We just installed the third one of these on our main door, and our garage door will get a third one before winter comes again too. The original gateway is still going strong and they work well with Alexa.
