I bought this CD back then, listened to Louise's explanation of why there was another track wirh messages AND music where we would only hear the music so that we can prevent our rational mind from challenging and doubting Louise's positive messages. I decided to listen only to the music track allowing my subconscious mind to listen to the subliminal messages without rational interference. Back then the CD run for 3 or 4 hours a day, on a daily basis. After a few days I felt a deep level of relaxation. Fortunately, I have my office at home office so I can easily play the CD for as long as needed. My stress level at that time was profound so it took me several days to feel the benefits. Now, after 15 years, I still have the CD in good shape so I always keep it at hand for whenever it is needed. If you have doubts about whether it will work or not, use it and just give it several days to do its job. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Relaxing and empowering *by J***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 18, 2005* This CD has 2 parts- 1st, audible affirmations spoken by Louise. 2nd, subliminal affirmations with relaxing music that is audible. Affirmations work only if you WORK them. Louise's premise is our thoughts create our life. If we want to change our lives, we must intentionally change our thoughts. Stress, she says, and I agree 100%, is a result of fear. Affirmations on this CD include-I am safe when I express my feelings.-I have a great relationship with my boss.-I flow easily and effortlessly with life.-I am comfortable with my finances-I can be serene in any situationLouise says we must conciously make this work, we use affimrations all the time, we must chose to to use positive affirmations, they are what change our lives in the direction we want them to go.I have expirienced huge changes including confidence and peace. Awareness is critical. I pay attention to how I feel and when I notice negative affirmations coming up I tell myself "I am totally adequate for all situations" or "I can be serene in any situation" over and over and over... As I said, this works if YOU work it!
