But as a side note they quickly got the reorder to me within a day & refund within 3-4 days max.But purchased 2 of these kits, 1 for me & 1 for a friends daughter. She absolutely loves it and her skin has not looked better! I love it for myself too! I hate that i need it, cause "adult acne" is one of the worst coined terms ever! Personally I don't use all the tools for my face. I found a solid 3 of them work great and is all I need. But the others are not gathering dust, they are super handy as a screwdriver, cuticle pusher & remover, or just whenever you need a stick like item to poke at something. My biggest reason for buying this was the curved sharp pointy tweezers tool, its so crazy awesome & works fantastic! & yeah..duh pink.. cute.. oh & case is great. I do & would in the future recommend these Blackhead, Pimple, Acne, Pore Cleaning Tools!Important rec I forgot to add: If unsure how to use these tools, I recommend to try searching something like: "how to use blackhead removal tools" or "how to use extraction tools" to find sites with helpful info or vids, with proper use techniques & to ensure the best outcome.Also, my personal #1 crazy important rec is: Isopropyl Alcohol Prep Pads (they are little & individually wrapped) or just a bottle & cotton balls. Either way use to wipe & clean tools before & after using, that I can't stress or recommend enough. Cleaning these tools is a very important step, this is something going onto & sometimes into your skin. Be safe, clean your tools!
