The suction is pretty strong. You need to try it a couple of times to get the hang of it. Expect redness after use even for non sensitive skin because of the suction, but it goes away after time. I recommend doing a facial scrub before and using hot water to open up pores then suck out unwanted dirt. Lastly rinse face with cold water.
