### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love and love this system

Love love this system. I do not work for the company. I spoke to the inventor/owner in Canada. I wanted the 125 pound plate and he said more will be coming. In the mean time I got the 155 pound and decided to do this sensibly and step down gradually. Ordered the 125 and that came yesterday. OMG what an easy way to lose weight. No counting calories. No weighing. Some things measuring like oil and nuts etc. I realized how much I was eating even cutting down to lose weight and it was too much. I started exercising a few weeks ago a few times a week.I got a scare I was diabetic so this is a must do. I love the research and development connecting with doctors and nutritionists to make this not a gimmick but calibrated to make this a real system to make it easy to lose weight. It will take me a while to get there but I have no doubt that this will help me get there. Inventor/ owner is super nice. If I have any questions don't hesitate to call. He is adding more things to website. I hope he does well. Oh PS lost an additional 2 pounds. For me this is the way to go. You have to decide for yourself.
