We've been using it for months now. We didn't really have many needs for this to fulfill, but it meets everything we could ask for. It tilts enough for our purposes and stays in the position of that tilt well and is sturdy. It's been a great stand for our ipad. I recommend it. There are only two things that I can think of that someone might want that it would not work for: 1. if you want it to stand taller, it does not do that, it cannot adjust height, it has one height but tilts and 2. the shelf is curved and holds our ipad in its thick case just fine but I suppose it might not work as well for very, very thick cases. Our case is pretty thick and sturdy, though, so I think it would hold most cases. Our case also has a hand strap on its back which makes it a little harder for us to use some tilt levels (pushes it too far forward) but that is just the case's fault, not a fault of the stand.
