The brightness of the lighting and airiness of the beaded glass globes creates a sense of spaciousness. We chose the brushed nickel to match fixtures and not add any darkness near the ceiling, which might emphasize the low ceiling. Overall it is a vast improvement over our previous fixture, which had milk glass, downward-oriented tulip globes. The installation was easy, the price seemed appropriate and the quality at this point is great. As this was installed in a ocean-side home, only time will tell how quickly it rusts.
