Those items are; 'Snap-E Mouse Trap' (6 Pack), 'Intruder The Better Mousetrap' (6 Pack) and 'Magistor T-Rex Easy Set Mouse Trap' (4 pack) who also claim to be "The Best Rodent Traps". I've strategically placed all traps in recommended areas along with real peanut butter. All traps totaling 16, had zero peanut butter on them and caught 0 mice or rats. I set them all up at "least" twice with different positions and the same peanut butter, totaling at "least" 32 attempts to catch one mouse or rat. To no avail, I had ZERO peanut butter on the traps and caught ZERO mice or rats.After much frustration, I eventually bought the highest rated Bait Blocks on Amazon that are legal in California. I would like to say that this bucket comes with 144 bait blocks. In 5 days, 120 of these bait blocks have been completely consumed by my infestation of mice and rats. I for the first time in 7 days of initially placing these bait blocks throughout my house, I have ULTIMATE SILENCE of any rodents in my walls, kitchen or garage. Hammer in hand I hit the wall with enough force to break through where a support screw had been. I shoved 6 blocks into the hole. I don't have much hope. For weeks they have tormented me. Scratching, chewing until I'm insane and bang on the wall. They run to an area I can't reach and continue with their insidious chewing. WHY did the container with 200 pounds of bird seed have to break? Why did all the mice have to call the neighbor mice in to feed them too? Three cats have had their fill and are so full and fat they just wait for one to run past them and reach out to get it. They can't keep up. The mice are too smart for the traps. I haven't gotten a single one.Day 2. Wow do they love this poison. Another 6 blocks eaten in 12 hours. Or are they stockpiling it?Day 3. 6 more blocks. I don't hear them chewing tonight. It's eerily quiet. I'm not used to this. Maybe they are on to me and have gathered to use the poison against me. There is only tape covering the hole so it's easy to refill. Are they watching me as I sleep?Day 7. It worked. I rarely hear them anymore. When I do I'm guessing it's a neighbor that hasn't heard about the poison yet. In hindsight putting a hole in my bedroom wall was not a good idea. The smell of their decaying carcasses is not good. I was so desperate.... *I know that there are not many humane ways to deal with mice. I cried from having to resort to this but they were destroying my home. Boy, what a stench they made. I also used this in some bait stations outside, but so far it seems to only attract snails and slugs. Perhaps I should give up on my dream of having a rat free garden...Do a better job of researching modern poisons than I did. This is a first gen poison. If second gen is legal in your area, choose it instead because it acts much faster. Too bad Californians.
