I did not buy this product through Amazon. I was going to buy a higher end epoxy paint when I came across this. It's a rust-oleum product and more than half the cost of what I was going to buy. The process is important if you want it to look good and last. I cleaned the garage floor with a 3 in 1 cleaning etching product and sealed my floor. Which had never been sealed. I made sure it dried properly then did 2 coats with a non slip additive and did the flakes. After it dried I sealed it again with a clear sealant. To be fair this garage will not have cars in it. My workshop will be in here.
