Review: Superb Customer Service - The one side panel had the Pre drilled holes an inch off center . It would not match up with the hole location on the base . Things happen . Totally understand. Here’s the great part . Leaptime Customer Service was very responsive & resolved the issue almost immediately!! Product quality is very good . Customer Service excellent. I would definitely recommend this product for your 4 legged friends .

It was a little tricky putting the hut together I had to ask for help but overall I like the way it looks and it’s much bigger than I imagined. My puggle loves it.
