This capture device captures at about 15mins then creates another file but is seamless and with very little editing you can record hour's worth of gaming, however you won't be able to record DVDs and the remote only allows for the recording of one 15min segment while pushing the button it continuously records until you press the device button again. Knowledge of this can help you better choose which device is best for your application.
